Tomorrow night, the 19th, we will be having a "First Ladies" night together in the SFLC at 7:00. I hope all of you who can will join me there. Bring a finger food to share. There will be a time of worship then Kim will be speaking to us on the theme for the night, "Jesus...He's More Than Enough." It will be a great night of fun and I'll be sharing all the things the year will have to offer, so please come. This is a great time for all ages to come together and build new and old relationships. We need each other on this journey and what a wonderful time when we can worship together and encourage one another.
The plan is to have a night like this once a quarter, plus some other fun get-togethers. A nursery will be provided and I promise not to keep you late!
I hope to see you there!

Happy 1st Birthday Ellie Belle!
Oh my goodness! Can you believe it! This precious little bundle of joy has been with us a full year already! Ellie, you have brought such joy to Grama & Pa's lives. I cannot express in words how much richer and fuller and sweeter life is with you a part of it. Never a day goes by that I don't want to hug, squeeze, and kiss your precious face and feel your breath on my cheek as you give my your sweet loves. I just want to hold on to and slow time right now, so I can enjoy this sweet season for a little longer. You will always be
my special girl...grama's girl. I love you from the depths of my soul and heart. May God keep you and shine upon you and may the next year of your life bring even more joy as you grow and explore this adventure of

Here I Am!
I know, I know, it has been awhile since I posted.
I'm not sure if I've been busy or just haven't had anything too say. Sometimes I wonder why I even try to have this blog. I haven't even had time this past week to read blogs. So if you're wondering why I haven't been commenting, it's cause I haven't been reading.
My job has changed. Wilma decided to abandon me and leave my with all those guys! Shame on you Wilma! ;) I miss her already! So I've been transitioning into her job and part of my job has gone to James, who has come on the pastoral staff. I'm handing over alot of mine to him and the whole goal is to cut my work week by another day. How many people take a pay cut after 6 years? ME! That's what you do to make things better in the end. But less pay to me means less days at the office. Oh, it may take me awhile to get there, but I will. Of course I will fill the other day full of ministry stuff, I'm sure.
Besides the job transition we've started remodeling the kitchen area. So my whole living room and dining room and kitchen are in an upheavel. That has taken up my brain cells. And then baby casen was born and baby ellie has been sick and on, and on. I just basically cannot focus! So here I am rambling on and on...
fyi...
