If you took any pictures at the Overshadowed Retreat I would love to have a copy! I never even got my camera out. Took a video of the speakers, some worship, and La's drama. So if anyone would like to have a copy I'm sure we can work that out.
I burned a cd for the retreat for the bonfire and quiet times, aside from the Overshadow Worship. And I finally got to listen to it on the way back from Brownwood the other night. I'm calling it "Overshadow Whispers" It is perfect for a quiet, intimate time with the Lord. It took me from Brownwood to my front door. Talk about a time me and Jesus had in that car alone! I have made some more copies of it if anyone would like to have one. Let me know.
I am still living under the shadow of the Almighty...

So AM I!!!! Oh DeLana, that was the BEST retreat I have ever been on. I can not get the songs out of my head. I teaching class, but in my head I am singing those songs. I have them playing all of the time either in my car or in my class or like last night me and Jesus had a major party.
After everyone left for church, I put my c.d. in the big stereo in the living room and turned it up to about 25 and i just danced before the Lord with everything in my heart that I had to give with complete abandon. I sat and read over the scriptures that were done at the retreat. It was such a sweet time in the presence of the Lord.
Thank you so much for all of your hard work. It was so well worth it.
By the way, Lisa asked if she could have one of the c.d.s that were made for the retreat. I told her I would ask.

So what would a person who was busy GIVING BIRTH and was therefore unable to attend the retreat have to do to get one of these great cds? And a tee shirt??? I mean, I did bring a child into this world while the rest of you were off relaxing and soaking up the love of Jesus. I think I deserve a teeny bit of that, right?

I have not been able to get my mind off last weekend. Even with all the business of the week, I still keep coming back to it. I have to agree with Kim, that has to be about the most memorable retreat I have ever been on. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I do have some pics, but I haven't even taken time to upload them to my computer. If I see anything that you don't already have a close match for, I'll send it your way.

I would love to have gone! I just couldn't leave L while she was this little. If you have an extra cd, I would love to buy one. :) It sounds like it was a heavenly blessing to attend the retreat.
