We have lived in this house for 3 years now and finally we have started to do some of the things we set out to do when we bought the house. So one room at a time it will be transformed and updated. We have begun with Jo's old room :( Yeah, tearing down memories to build new ones!): We started there because we have a new tenant about to move into the room tomorrow evening. Ashley is her name. She is the great-granddaughter of our pastor in Odessa. The pastor that dedicated all my babies back to Jesus and David was called into the ministry under and the man that helped grow us as faithful believers and a solid couple and family. He has gone to be with Jesus now but will forever be in a special place in our hearts. So it seems really good to do this in his honor. Her parents are pretty good friends as well. When she gets moved in I'll post some more about her and introduce her to everyone.
But in the mean time, pray we keep our sanity through the remodeling. Pray for David...he's doing all the work! Which means between everything else he does this may be a long process.
Pray for our marriage. ha!

I bet it looks beautiful when your done. It is so awesome to see a house transformed to fit the unique character of the person dwelling in it.
I can't wait to meet Ashley.
